Consolidated Property Maintenance. You would have to see if that is taken. Fresh Look Maintenance or, “Green Tree Maintenance”. Anything with “green” in it right now is hot. Go with that.
EDIT: I have to change Green Tree Maintenance to either “Go Green Main…” or “Green Company Maintenance”, because “Green Tree Maintenance” could be mistaken for you being viewed as a tree company. You may prune trees in your business but that is not your primary work.
