You can also consider a gas or electric walk behind mower for lawn mowing.  If you want to save money and remain environmentally friendly at the same time, the electric mower is a good choice. A long extension cord is required with an electric mower and many people find this a drawback.  Finally, when choosing a lawn mower, you must research the various brands, comparing the prices and then visit different lawn mower dealers.
